Delete account

You can delete your EgyGuest app account (customers and service providers) here with your registered phone number and the verification code we send you.

What happens when you delete?

• You are signed out on every device immediately and notifications stop.
• The account stays in a 30-day grace period; signing in during it cancels the deletion and restores your account.
• After 30 days your personal data is permanently erased: name, phone number, email, photo and saved addresses.
• Invoices, payment records and orders are kept anonymised because the law requires us to retain them.
• Deletion is not possible while an order is in progress; wait until it is finished.

Prefer a break? You can deactivate your account from the app settings and reactivate it any time by signing in.
